Cake.Download.Module addin
This content is part of a third party extension that is not supported by the Cake project.
Installs download: tools when the alias is called, typically inside a task, and registers them with Cake's
tool locator. Unlike #tool and InstallTool, runs that don't execute the call download nothing.
